Henrik Lyckvind

Hello, here is some information about me.

Born and growned up in Copenhagen, Denmark. Moved to Sweden 1988, and have three sons with family in Sweden.

Has a past as an entrepreneur mainly in the IT sector, CSO, CEO, Sales coach and Business mentor, and is now a trained certified real estate agent in Spain and has worked with real estate brokerage in Spain since 2018. And I´m mostly take care of after-sales for our clients.

My wife and I have been in Torrevieja a lot since 2013 when we sailed our boat down from Sweden. And since 2017, we live here full time, in Quesada, just north of Torrevieja, and aging hasn’t bothered us for a second. The Spanish climate and life are wonderful for both body and soul.

Helping our customers with both buying and selling their home is very nice. My role mostly consists of after-sales, making sure our customers get the help they need/want. It can be everything from installing internet, alarms, or helping with contacts for other installations. We also have a solid battery of tools that our customers can borrow if needed.

I like to spend my free time with the family and on and in the sea, sailing, snorkelling, fishing, paddleboarding, diving, and harbor life with the boat in the summer isn’t bad either.
